That is why all companies listed on Spotlight are given access to a visibility package with tools and media content designed to create impact.

Increased visibility

In certain situations, such as a rights issue or in connection with an IPO, additional visibility is particularly valuable. To support companies during these important milestones, Spotlight offers a supplementary visibility package: Increased Visibility.

This service enables companies to reach a broader audience and clearly highlight their investment case in connection with capital raisings. The offering is available to all companies listed on Spotlight and is included at no additional cost.

How it works

Landing page
A webpage is created to gather all material related to the offering. The page serves as a clear landing page where investors can easily access information and subscription options. It can be used by both the company and its advisers to conveniently direct investors to the offering.

Editorial article
An editorial article is produced to highlight the company, the current issue, and the intended use of proceeds. The article is based on an interview with representatives of the company and is published well in advance of the start of the subscription period to generate early attention.

Video recording
The company is offered the opportunity to present its offering through a filmed interview produced by Finwire. The recording takes place either on-site at Spotlight in Stockholm or digitally via webcast.

News distribution via Finwire
Finwire produces a news article about the issue, which is published on established platforms such as Dagens industri (DI.se), Placera (Avanza), Nordnet, and EFN. This exposure provides broad visibility and increases the likelihood of further media attention.

Visibility and distribution
To maximize reach, the offering is launched through several coordinated channels:

  • The company publishes a press release and shares the information through its social media channels with a link to the landing page.

  • Dagens Tillväxt distributes the information to approximately 10.000 subscribers who have registered their interest in investing.

  • Finwire, together with publishing news platforms, contributes additional visibility through their channels.

To take advantage of the offer, Spotlight Stock Market needs information on whether the company wishes to use the offer no later than 14 days before the subscription period begins. It is also important that the company’s representatives are available for interviews and filming for the production of material.
