Due to multiple practical reasons, Eevia is adjusting its financial calendar, and is announcing the following:

• The publication of the Interim Report for Q1-2025 will be changed from May 18 to May 20, 2025, to not have the publication on a Sunday and to allow for Board approval just before the release.

• Eevia will publish its statutory financial statements and the auditor’s report on June 10th, 2025.

• Eevia will hold its Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders (AGM) on Friday, June 27, 2025. The notice for the AGM will be published on June 10, 2025.
