The aircraft washing company Aerowash’s rights issue was subscribed to 86.4 percent of the intended issue volume. This is stated in a press release.The subscription is allocated 57.9 percent with subscription rights and 28.4 percent without subscription rights. The rights issue was pre-secured to 43.1 percent through subscription undertakings. Aerowash will receive SEK 7.0 million through the rights issue before issue costs of SEK 0.5 million. The company will thereafter have 20.76 million shares outstanding. Together with the directed share issue of SEK 10.3 million, which was announced on 27 October, Aerowash receives a total capital injection of SEK 17.3 million before issue costs.
