Two senior figures at the aircraft washing company Aerowash have crossed major shareholding notification thresholds following the company’s recently completed directed share issue and rights issue. It is the chair of the board and chief financial officer Joakim Adler who, through various companies, now owns around 9.4 percent of the share capital and 12.7 percent of the votes. Previously, Joakim Adler held 10.7 percent of the capital and 15.4 percent of the votes. In addition, the board member and chief executive officer Niklas Adler now owns, through companies, 11.1 percent of the capital and 14.2 percent of the votes. Before, Niklas Adler owned 10.8 percent of the capital and 15.5 percent of the votes.
