Modular housing company Zenergy announces that the sales launch for the residential project Orsa Måsen 1 will take place this coming weekend in cooperation with Svensk Fastighetsförmedling. The project is offered via the tenant-owners' association Orsaparken, and the sales launch will occur after the building permit has become legally binding. The estimated total sales volume amounts to approximately SEK 50 million. A sales rate of around 50 percent is assessed, according to indicative statements from financing institutions, to be sufficient to complete the project financing and enable construction start.
