The biotech company Nattaro Labs has appointed a new Nomination Committee following the directed share issue that was completed in November, according to a press release. The Nomination Committee consists of Joakim Bengtson, Stefan Brunqvist, Christina Gustafson, as well as the Chair of the Board, Daniel Röme, and has been appointed in accordance with the principles resolved by the 2023 Annual General Meeting. The change follows from the fact that the share issue in the fourth quarter of 2025 changed the ownership and voting structure in the company.
