The exploration company Beowulf Mining issues 793,650 new shares to holders of convertibles for a nominal amount of GBP 50,000 who have requested conversion into shares. This is stated in a press release. Beowulf Mining will thereafter have 61.98 million shares outstanding. Several similar conversions have been carried out during January and February.
