The gas exploration company Igrene has decided on a rights issue of approximately SEK 27.4 million before issue costs. The subscription price amounts to SEK 0.55 per share and, upon full subscription, the issue corresponds to a dilution of approximately 29 percent.The issue proceeds will mainly be used to increase ownership in SEID and to finance a pilot plant in Norway and preparations for a demonstration plant in Morafältet. The subscription period runs April 13–27, with trading in subscription rights April 13–22. The record date is April 9. April 7 is the last trading day including rights and April 8 is the first day excluding rights, Igrene is expected on April 27 to report a preliminary outcome and on April 29 a final outcome. Each share gives five subscription rights. It then takes twelve subscription rights to subscribe for one new share at a price of SEK 0.55.
