Dcap Bidco, owned by Dahlgren Capital, reports that the tender offer to the shareholders in the software company Comintelli has been accepted for approximately 95.7 percent of the shares and votes after the end of the acceptance period on March 31. All conditions are fulfilled and the offer will therefore be completed. The offer, which provided SEK 3.50 in cash or one share in Dcap Bidco per share in Comintelli, is now closed.Since Dcap Bidco will become the owner of shares corresponding to more than 90 percent of the total number of shares in Comintelli, Dcap Bidco intends to initiate a squeeze-out of the remaining shares.
