The industrial company Sustainion was presented by CEO Brodde Wetter at an investor meeting in Göteborg on April 1 organized by Företagsfinansiering Fyrstad. Sustainion was founded in 2021 and at that time took over the then listing of Vindico on Spotlight. Sustainion has grown rapidly and in 2025 had revenue of SEK 537.8 million with ebitda of SEK 53.8 million, corresponding to an ebitda margin of 10.0 percent. Organic growth was 26 percent. The group has ambitious financial targets that mean annual revenue growth should be 10-25 percent with an ebitda margin of 12 percent. On top of this come acquisitions. Net debt should be at most 3.0 times ebitda. Sustainion can be described as an industrial investment company that invests in companies with sustainabletechnologies and that operate in future-oriented industries with underlying growth. The group has so far consisted of six Swedish subsidiaries, but in March an agreement was entered into to acquire the Dutch company Diemma, which will become the first foreign subsidiary. The acquisition will be completed shortly. - This is only the beginning of growth, says Brodde Wetter, who is optimistic about the future. He emphasizes that Sustainion has significant insider ownership, with management and the board owning roughly 40 percent of the shares. There is no exit strategy; the idea is to own the acquired companies in perpetuity. The group has just over 100 employees, but operations take place in the subsidiaries; group management consists only of the CEO and the CFO. One of the subsidiaries is EHC Teknik, which recently established a new sales company in Italy. The company already has its own subsidiaries in Belgium and Germany. EHC manufactures high-performance diesel particulate filters for both civilian and military vehicles.Sustainion's share began trading in December on the Spotlight Stock Markets premium list Spotlight Select. The share has performed well over the past year with a price increase of just over 90 percent. Sustainion has so far not paid any dividend, and the strategy is to prioritize growth over dividends going forward as well, explains Brodde Wetter. The market capitalization is around SEK 340 million.
