The game development company Beyond Frames, together with Cortopia Studios, will launch the VR game Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Empire City on April 30, according to a press release.The game, which will be the first VR title for the franchise, will be released on multiple platforms (Meta Quest, Steam VR, and Pico) and offers the ability to team up with friends in co-op mode throughout the story campaign.In a comment, DNB Carnegie writes that they view the release positively, since delays are among the biggest risks in game development."Moreover, a delay could have entailed increased financial risk given the company's current liquidity position", adds the research house, which sees the game as a potential catalyst over the next 6-12 months.
