The technology company SHT Smart High-Tech has decided to postpone the annual general meeting and the publication of the annual report for 2025, according to a press release.Smart High Tech's annual general meeting will be held on 26 May and the annual report will be published before 5 May. The annual general meeting was originally to have been held on 7 May."The reason for the postponement of the meeting is that the company is currently in an intensive development phase in which the business is being further developed in close cooperation with strategic partners. In the coming weeks, priority activities will be carried out," writes SHT.
