The software company Comintelli has decided to postpone its annual general meeting to June 25, compared with the previously announced May 29. This is stated in a press release.The background is that Comintelli is being acquired by Dahlgren Capital, which controls more than 95 percent of the shares in the company. The bidder intends to carry out compulsory redemption of the remaining shares and to seek delisting of Comintelli’s shares from Spotlight.
