Energy company Zenith Energy is moving ahead with spinning off its Italian uranium operations to Reveille Resources, which is planned to be listed on the Aquis Growth Market. This is stated in a press release.The assets, including the Lombardy project with the Val Vedello and Novazza deposits, are being transferred to the company Futuro Energetico Italiano, which in turn will be part of Reveille Resources.Reveille was founded by Ippolito Ingo Cattaneo, CEO and founder of Ajax Resources, and Andrea Cattaneo, CEO and founder of Zenith.Both Zenith and Ajax are investing £200,000 each for 25 percent of the shares in Reveille. Zenith will also receive shares as compensation for previous costs. The purpose is to give shareholders continued exposure to the project's upside.
