The industrial company Sustainion is acquiring Ströman Maskin, a distributor of machines for road maintenance and winter service, for an initial purchase price of SEK 50 million and a possible additional purchase price of up to SEK 15 million.SEK 8 million will be paid with newly issued shares and the rest in cash, partly financed with bank loans. Ströman had sales of SEK 105 million with operating profit of SEK 11 million during the 2025/2026 financial year.
