JMP Invest Rimbo has reduced its ownership in the industrial company Sustainion from 5.1 to 4.9 percent of the shares, according to a flagging notice. The background is that Sustainion has carried out a directed set-off issue of 8.33 million shares to the sellers of Skårebo, which was registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office in May. JMP Invest Rimbo has not sold any shares, but the ownership stake has decreased as a result of an increased number of shares in the company.
