Tellus Equity Partners sold 1.20 million shares in the industrial company Sustainion on 28 May. The shares were sold at a price of SEK 1.85 per share, a transaction worth SEK 2.2 million. The transaction was carried out off-market. This is according to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's insider register.The sale matches Tellus's entire shareholding in Sustainion, according to the shareholder service Holdings. Tellus is associated with Jörgen Hentschel, who is a board member of Sustainion. Hentschel also holds no shares in Sustainion in his own name, according to Holdings.
