(update: last three paragraphs added) On May 28, Tellus Equity Partners sold 1.20 million shares in the industrial company Sustainion. The shares were sold at a price of SEK 1.85 per share, a transaction worth SEK 2.2 million. The transaction was carried out off-market. This is according to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's insider register.The sale matches Tellus's entire shareholding in Sustainion, according to the ownership service Holdings. Tellus is related to Jörgen Hentschel, who is a board member in Sustainion. Hentschel also has no shares in Sustainion in his own name, according to Holdings. Sustainion writes in a clarifying press release that Tellus Equity Partners has sold its entire holding in the company. Tellus Equity Partners participated as guarantor in Sustainion's rights issue in January 2025. The unwinding of this received guarantee position has been carried out in accordance with Tellus's normal investment process.Tellus Equity Partners is owned 40 percent by Krösamaja, which is the largest owner with a board seat in Sustainion, and 40 percent by Fore C Holding, a major owner with a board seat in Sustainion. Krösamaja has not sold any shares and continues to own 30.52 million shares. Fore C Holding has also not sold any shares and continues to own 24.49 million shares. Both Krösamaja and Fore C Holding intend to remain long-term owners in Sustainion Group.
