The research company Chosa Oncology has published two abstracts for ASCO 2026 showing new results for the company’s biomarker Platin-DRP. This is stated in separate press releases. In one of the abstracts, it is reported that Platin-DRP could predict overall survival in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer treated with platinum in the phase 3 Splendour study. Validation was carried out using NanoString technology, which according to the company strengthens the biomarker’s clinical utility and commercial scalability. In the other abstract, developed together with AIDA Oncology, data from the I-SPY2 study are presented, where a combination of Platin-DRP and AIDA’s predictor of docetaxel response identified breast cancer patients with a higher response rate to neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
