Solar energy company Absolicon has received information that the research institute RISE is considering legal action linked to an agreement on the transfer of an invention in anti-reflective coatings for solar collector glass. RISE has presented a compensation claim of SEK 500,000 for the years 2024–2025.The dispute concerns the interpretation of a research collaboration agreement from 2020. Absolicon disputes the claim and believes that the joint research and development projects carried out meet the purpose of the agreement. Dialogue between the parties is continuing.
