The shares were purchased at a price of SEK 4.96 per share, a transaction worth SEK 185,400. The deal was made on Spotlight Stock Market. This is stated in the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's insider register.On May 27, Torsson owned 5,000 shares in Touchtech, according to the ownership service Holdings. He joined the board at the annual general meeting on May 15 this year.
