Cooling systems company APR Technologies announces that 99.85 percent of the warrants of series TO 1 were exercised for subscription of new shares. To utilize the entire issue capacity, the investors who secured the subscription will subscribe for the remaining portion.The company thereby raises a total of SEK 55 million before issue costs. Issue costs are estimated to amount to approximately SEK 0.2 million.The high subscription rate means that the guarantors only subscribe for a small part of the issue to enable full utilization of all warrants.
