(update concerns paragraph three)Pharmalundensis plans to carry out a rights issue of up to SEK 30 million after the expected delisting from Spotlight in mid-July, according to a press release. The subscription price is intended to be SEK 3 per share. The company says that the issue proceeds will finance operations until a larger international investor has been identified for continued development and planned clinical trials.Pharmalundensis does not plan to use guarantors and dilution is expected to be at most about 13.5 percent. The company has not yet chosen advisors.
