Chosa Oncology has started the subscription period for warrants of series TO2, where one warrant gives the right to subscribe for one new share for SEK 0.78. The subscription period runs from July 1 to July 14.Upon full exercise, the company will receive approximately SEK 6.2 million before issue costs. The capital will be used, among other things, for certification of the company’s CLIA laboratory, validation of the biomarker Platin-DRP in collaboration with Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, as well as commercialization and partner activities in the US.
