The exploration company Beowulf Mining has secured subscription commitments of GBP 4.3 million, corresponding to approximately SEK 54 million, in a directed new share issue. The largest investor is Bacchus Capital and related companies, which are investing GBP 3.7 million, corresponding to approximately SEK 47 million. This is stated in a press release.After the transaction, Bacchus will own 58.7 percent of the company, provided that the shareholders approve an exemption from the mandatory bid obligation and other resolutions at an extraordinary general meeting on July 23.The financing also requires approval under Swedish rules for foreign direct investment. The board and management are participating with investments totaling SEK 2.2 million.
