The Swedish Securities Council has granted an exemption from the mandatory bid rule in connection with the modular housing company Zenergy's planned rights issue of approximately SEK 32.5 million, according to a press release.The exemption applies if JJV Investment Group, Jinderman & Partners and JEQ Capital fulfill underwriting commitments in the issue. The consortium could then hold at most about 52.70 percent of the capital and 52.66 percent of the voting rights in Zenergy. The issue is to be considered at an extraordinary general meeting on July 23, 2026.
