Environmental technology company Ecorub's major shareholder Svante Larsson has, by gift, transferred 48 million B shares to his heirs, children and grandchildren.After the transaction, Larsson's holding amounts to just over 114 million B shares, corresponding to 20.78 percent of the shares and votes in Ecorub. Before the transfer, he owned approximately 162 million B shares, corresponding to 29.59 percent of the capital and votes.According to the company, the transaction has been carried out between related parties and will be reported in accordance with applicable rules.
