Sensor platform company Insplorion’s board is exploring a sale of the instrument business, which has continued to generate new orders following the company’s latest structural changes. According to the board, a new owner with the right resources could create better conditions for the business. A sale would also support Insplorion’s ambition to change the company’s character and create a new direction.
