The technology company Amido has received a request for an extraordinary general meeting from shareholder Rikard Akhtarzand, who represents approximately 11.1 percent of the shares and votes. The request concerns the number of board members, the election of board members and the chair, as well as board remuneration. The proposal is for a board of four members.
