Investment company Proport Invest trades today, 25 September, on Spotlight Stock Market excluding unit rights in a rights issue. The terms mean that one share gives one unit right. Eight unit rights entitle holders to subscribe for nine units at a price of SEK 2.05. Each unit consists of one newly issued share and one warrant issued free of charge. The issue terms therefore correspond to 9:8 at a subscription price of SEK 2.05 per share. The subscription period runs from 30 September to 14 October, and trading in unit rights takes place from 30 September to 9 October.
