Shareholders in gas exploration company Igrene are called to an extraordinary general meeting on Thursday, 29 October in Mora. The meeting is proposed to resolve on an incentive program comprising a maximum of 5 million warrants aimed at board members. The warrants can be exercised to subscribe for shares in the company in October and November 2029.
