Shareholders in the technology company Amido are invited to an extraordinary general meeting on Thursday 22 October in Gothenburg. The extraordinary general meeting has been convened at the request of shareholder Rikard Akhtarzand in order to elect a new board.The proposal is to replace the entire board. The new board is proposed to consist of four people. Rikard Akhtarzand is proposed for election as chair and David Wästberg as director. A proposal concerning two additional directors will be presented before the meeting.
