Nanotechnology company Smoltek will apply to transfer its listing to the NGM marketplace, according to a press release.Smoltek plans to apply for delisting from Spotlight Stock Market after receiving approval from NGM. Trading in Smoltek's shares will then commence on NGM immediately after the last trading day on Spotlight.The aim is to complete the listing transfer before the end of the fourth quarter of 2026. Thereafter, the aim is to apply for a parallel listing on Börse Stuttgart during the same quarter, which owns NGM.
