The self-employment company Invoicery Group is calling an extraordinary general meeting on November 6 to decide on a new board composition. The background is that board members Regina Sipos (chairman) and Mia Jurke have announced that they intend to leave their positions. This is stated in a press release.Major shareholder Stephen Schad, who controls approximately 62.3 percent of the shares, proposes that the board consist of Christer Trägårdh as chairman and Axel Schad, Marcus Bonsib, Mats Ottosson and Stephen Schad as directors.Christer Trägårdh has previously been CEO of Bergslagens Sparbank and a member of Swedbank's Group Executive Committee. He has also held senior positions at Handelsbanken and has extensive experience in board work.The board is proposed to consist of five ordinary directors without deputy directors. Board fees are proposed to remain unchanged, but to be adjusted according to the length of the term of office.
