EasyFill AB (publ) has signed a three-year licensing and supply agreement with a global manufacturer of commercial refrigeration equipment. The agreement is based on EasyFill’s technology licensing model, where the customer integrates EasyFill’s shelf solutions into its refrigeration units. Under the agreement, the customer will pay a license fee per shelf and purchase EasyFill shelves for use in its products.
The agreement includes a minimum annual volume commitment of 10,000 shelves, creating a stable and recurring revenue stream for EasyFill over the contract period. In addition to the license revenue, the agreement will generate income from the ongoing supply of shelves and related components. Based on the agreed minimum volumes and expected product supply, the agreement is estimated to represent an annual value in the range of approximately EUR 200,000–300,000.

The agreement is in line with EasyFill’s strategy to expand its OEM partnerships globally and further strengthen its position within integrated shelf solutions for the refrigeration industry.
EasyFill’s licensing model is designed to enable large-scale integration of its shelf technology and is available to manufacturers globally.
