The board of directors of the real estate company Fleming Properties has decided to cancel the extraordinary general meeting that was scheduled for tomorrow, February 4. The meeting was to consider a proposal to elect an additional director. The proposal has now been withdrawn. At the extraordinary general meeting, Henrik Schmidt was expected to step down as chairman of the board, but continue as a director. It was proposed that Sten Gejrot be elected chairman of the board.
