Beverage company Umida continues the process of a possible divestment of its self-developed alcohol brands as part of the strategy to focus on areas with higher growth and profitability. This is stated by Filip Lundquist in the February CEO letter. In parallel, the company is preparing a larger new project which, given continued positive development, is planned to be launched in the second half of 2026 to broaden the business base.In addition, selective acquisitions are being evaluated for long-term growth and increased financial stability. Internationally, a test phase for Joluca is underway in Spain, while launches of further developed Joluca products and a new product category are planned for the first half of 2026.
