Katalysen Ventures is a Swedish investment company, or a so-called "Venture Developer". The business involves investing knowledge, time, and capital in customer companies in the early stages. Most of these customer companies have connections to fintech, and a majority develop digital platforms. In return, Katalysen Ventures receives, in addition to direct ownership in the case of capital injections, also warrants in the customer companies. The company has offices in Stockholm and Geneva.
